Customer Support
Our website chat is the primary point of contact for all matters relating to European Spirit, including product questions, personalisation, orders, deliveries, manufacturing defects, product claims and replacement requests.
Customers can provide order information, describe their concerns and upload photographs directly through the chat when a product needs to be assessed.
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, European Spirit will normally provide a replacement product at no additional cost. Where replacement is not possible or appropriate, a refund or another remedy may be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers are not required to physically return defective products when resolving claims under our manufacturing guarantee.
All claims are handled digitally, with the aim of making the process as straightforward and convenient as possible.
European Spirit does not currently provide telephone-based customer support.
