Refund policy
Every European Spirit piece is made to order and individually personalised with the monogram provided by the customer.
Because our products are manufactured to the customer's specifications and are clearly personalised, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their monogram, selected size, colour and other order details are correct before completing their purchase. An incorrect monogram entered by the customer or an incorrectly selected size does not, by itself, constitute a product defect.
Once production has begun, orders cannot normally be changed or cancelled. This does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
3-Year Manufacturing Guarantee
Every European Spirit piece is covered by our 3-Year Manufacturing Guarantee.
This guarantee covers manufacturing and production defects, including cases where the monogram produced on an item does not match the monogram submitted by the customer.
If a manufacturing defect is verified, European Spirit will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, damage caused by the customer, incorrectly selected sizes or incorrect personalisation details submitted by the customer.
The guarantee applies for three years from the date of delivery.
Our 3-Year Manufacturing Guarantee is provided in addition to the customer's statutory consumer rights and does not limit or replace those rights.
Customers retain all mandatory rights and remedies under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to a refund or price reduction where required by law.
Claims & Replacements
All manufacturing defect claims can be submitted through the chat available on the European Spirit website. No customer account is required.
Customers should provide their order details and a description of the issue. Photographs of the product may also be requested to help us assess the reported defect.
European Spirit will review the information provided to determine the appropriate resolution, in accordance with the guarantee terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement product will normally be produced and delivered to the customer free of charge.
Where replacement is not possible or appropriate, a refund or another remedy may be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If an order is lost in transit or does not reach the customer, European Spirit will investigate the delivery issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
Our claims process is designed to be simple, convenient and entirely digital.
Customers may also exercise their statutory consumer rights through other legally valid means of communication.
Returns
European Spirit does not accept returns due to a change of mind for products that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
European Spirit does not require customers to physically return defective products when resolving manufacturing defect claims.
All manufacturing defect claims are handled digitally.
If a claim is approved, the customer may receive a replacement product or, where applicable, a refund without having to send the original product back.
Customers are not required to return defective products to European Spirit, Montgard AB or our registered business address.
European Spirit does not operate a physical return centre and does not issue return labels as part of its manufacturing guarantee process.
This no-return procedure is intended to simplify the claims process and does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights or remedies.
