Each piece is individually embroidered with your chosen monogram and shipped from our production partners in Latvia and Spain.

Production takes 2–5 business days, followed by 4–10 business days for standard shipping or 1–3 business days for express shipping, where available.

During periods of high demand, delivery may take approximately 7 additional days.

Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Claims

All European Spirit pieces are personalized and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us through the website chat. Valid claims can be made within three years of delivery, and eligible items will be replaced at no additional cost.
