Shipping: Complimentary shipping on all EU orders.
Availability: Currently available for delivery within the EU only.
Printing & Dispatch: Orders are printed and dispatched from Sweden, Italy or the United Kingdom, depending on availability and delivery destination.
Delivery: Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days. During periods of exceptionally high demand, delivery times may be extended by approximately one additional week due to increased order volume.
Personalized Orders: Each piece is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
Manufacturing Defects: If your item has a verified manufacturing defect that originated during production, we’ll replace it with a new one at no additional cost within 3 years of delivery. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by improper care. Claims are handled quickly and simply through our chat support.
